When I try to listen to a story, I don't hear any audio. 1) Make sure that you can hear other audio (CD, sound effects, etc). If you don't get any sound there, check your audio connection. 2) If you are still having problems and you are using a windows based computer, double click on the speaker icon in the lower left hand corner. Check to make sure that none of the boxes for "Mute" are checked and that the volume is turned up. For other types of computers, consult your computers user guide for information on checking the volume levels. |
